Unlike the majority of agencies who show little or no interest in either client or candidate once the assignment has started, we keep involved from start to finish. We process all the administration, billing, attendance records, holiday issues and working time directives. We regularly liase with all temps and clients at pre-arranged intervals and are always available to resolve problems.

Our payroll department is in-house ensuring 100% accuracy and focus for our clients and candidates rather than relying on a third party outsourced payroll bureau.

 NOT ONLY ARE THEY WORKING FOR YOU, THEY ARE WORKING FOR US

Once we have placed a temp with a client, he or she remains our responsibility and if they let you down, we will not. Any lateness or unscheduled time off is corrected and compensated for. If you aren't happy with the first days work then you will not be charged and the member of staff will be replaced at our expense.
