Accounts Assistant - Reference KPB/10576
My Cheltenham client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant to help with their busy year-end for a 2-month contract.  The successful candidate will assist with reconciliation’s, bank transfers and updating the cash flow for the client’s 6 bank accounts over 3 companies.  During this time they are also changing banks and as a result the role will also include letter writing to their clients and a number of other ad hoc duties. 
Salary     -  £8 - £9 per hour  
Duration  -  2 Month temporary contract

Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant - Reference KPB/10567
My centrally located Cheltenham client is looking for an accomplished credit controller/sales ledger clerk to join them during a busy period for a 6-month contract.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of maximizing cash flow potential by the prompt collection of payments.  A good telephone manner is essential along with an ability to adapt to the variety of different clients all over the world.  The main duties of the role will be to cover the whole of the credit control and sales ledger function along with other accounts based adhoc duties; consequently an overall understanding of the accounts set up is desirable.  Finally the ability to speak either French or Russian would be an added bonus.  Please contact Kat Paterson-Browne at Bruckshaw Associates for more details.
